Yesterday, 23.10.2019, the India Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCIB) facilitated a meeting between the Indian steelmaker, Hindalco, of the Aditya Birla Group and CCIB associate, and the State Government of Minas Gerais.
Operating since August 2013 in Brazil, the Company is headquartered in the municipality of Ouro Preto, where it offers opportunity, professional training and direct and indirect jobs for hundreds of people.
The meeting that took place in the Administrative City, counted with the H.E. Vice Governor of Minas Gerais, Mr. Paulo Brant, the CEO of Hindalco, Mr. Vishal Singh, Controlling Manager, Mr. Cristiano Garcia, President of the India Brazil Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Leonardo Ananda, Senior Advisor to the Vice Governorate for Strategic Investments, Mr. Marcus Mandacaru, Former General Manager at Hindalco, Mr. Eli Murilo, Chief of Staff, Mr. Estevão Fiuza, and Regional Coordinator of India Brazil Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Nathalia Rodrigues.
It was certainly a very auspicious meeting that will open new doors for the strengthening and growth of Indian investments in the state of Minas Gerais!
