Throughout the track of the India Brazil Chamber of Commerce (IBCC), we have obtained numerous success cases regarding the introduction of national companies in the Indian market. One of them was the partnership with Alpargatas, one of the main Brazilian companies in the footwear sector that, with the assistance of IBCC, started to export the brand Havaianas to India. The insertion in the Indian market was very sucessful and it tightened the relations between the IBCC and the Alpargatas group, as you may see in the testimony given by the team:

For that, we are very pleased to inform that on this last Tuesday, December 11th, the Alpargatas group concluded negotiations with the Indian company Periwinkle Fashions Private Limited to set up a joint venture in India, which will be known as Alpargatas India Fashions Private Limited.
